The ARB BASE Rack wind deflector cleans up airflow over the leading edge of your 4Runner's BASE platform, cutting wind noise and drag when the rack runs empty or lightly loaded. It is shaped to sit flush with the front of the deck and shed air up and over your gear.
Molded from durable, UV-stable material in satin black, it clamps into the BASE platform channel and the vehicle-specific mount kit with no extra brackets. Trade-off: a deflector trims noise and drag but is a comfort and finish upgrade — it is not a load component and adds no tie-down capacity of its own.
