The ARB Air Locker RD229 gives the Nissan NP300 rear axle (34-spline) genuine, driver-selectable 100% locking. One dash switch locks the differential for mud, sand, ruts and steep climbs, then unlocks instantly so the ute drives with factory open-diff manners on the road.
Built around ARB's forged four-pinion centre, the RD229 is designed to cope with the extra strain of larger tyres and load-carrying duty on the NP300 Navara platform. Air-operated engagement through an ARB on-board compressor is instant, repeatable and independent of speed or terrain.
