Read this before you buy two
Two things people get wrong about the LOX:
- It does not work with extensions. If you want to stack two containers on one mount, buy the DLX instead — the locking function is defeated the moment there's a can above it.
- Cylinders cannot be keyed alike. Buy three LOX mounts and you'll carry three sets of keys. That's a limitation of how the cylinders are made, not an oversight.
Why the RotoPax pattern matters
The RotoPax interface is a de facto industry standard. Dozens of manufacturers build brackets to it — including our Heavy-Duty RotoPax Spare Tire Mount, plus Front Runner, Eezi-Awn, Leitner, Axia Alloys, Xtrusion, TrailRax and RockSlide.
