History
Until the mid-1970's the Korean burner market was dominated but oil burning stoves that not only had an unpleasant smell, they were inconvenient and were more dangerous. Seeing an opportunity Kovea chairman Kim Don-sook had Kovea develop a highly efficient burner that is easy to use, and safer and completely burns the fuel, resulting in less smell, soot, and dangerous fumes.
