Return Process

- Shipping Label: A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your convenience.
- Label Cost Deduction: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. The exact deduction amount will be communicated to you during the return authorization process.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- The shipping fee for the original order is non-refundable.
- Items that have been used, are outside of their original packaging, or are otherwise rendered unsellable may be rejected for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

- Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be subject to rejection or partial refunds at our discretion.
- We recommend using the provided shipping label to ensure a seamless return process. If you choose to use your own return shipping method, we will not be responsible for lost or delayed packages.
