As a child, (and I guess an adult) and one particularly interested in engineering and machines, I've never been able to stop thinking of the Arctic Snow Train and the adventures it must have had braving the harsh and unforgiving climate of the Arctic region. In my imagination, the LCC-1 was a rolling train filled with passenger cars, a mobile fortress that was self sufficient and acted as an Arctic city on wheels.
