The entire frame and undercarriage was dismounted and sandblasted down to bare metal. The underneath was sandblasted, primed and treated with marine grade anti-corrosion protection, then painted in original Toyota factory black.

Bodywork
All metal panels, parts, doors, fenders, rear and front bumper and body tub were sandblasted to bare metal, then Raptor Liner coated.
All bolts and nuts were replaced with stainless steel and installed with nylon washers in between the fender and body washers to further prevent corrosion. NONE of the stainless steel bolts will ever touch the body of the truck!
