That clearance suits a Super Duty carrying a toolbox, fuel tank or camper gear under a tent or ladder.

The bars are 1.75 in outside diameter, 11-gauge HREW steel, with feet matched to this bed. Buy one bar, two or three. With an even load, HMOR rates two bars at 500 lb and three at 750 lb, parked or in smooth driving; there is no published single-bar figure, and trail impacts can exceed the smooth-motion rating. The bars mount with HMOR's no-drill pinch clamp, and the bed cap and plastic trim stay untouched.

These bars are supplied in raw steel, HMOR's standard finish, so plan to paint or coat them before they see weather.
